Spanish for Mérida Locals Our local Spanish classes are especially designed for non-Spanish speakers who have made a commitment to live in Mérida and are interested in learning about the Spanish language and culture. We offer two options if you are living in or around Mérida and would like to take classes at Habla.Yearlong Spanish. The best way to improve your Spanish is to practice consciously on an on-going basis. Our yearlong Spanish classes support your language growth over an extended period of time. We offer a range of Spanish levels from beginner to advanced. Classes meet in 90-minute blocks twice a week throughout the year (with the exception of August). Depending on availability you can join a small international group of students who are studying at Habla for one of our Spanish Immersion courses for a significantly reduced cost.
